How do I rent Apt. 911?

Easy.

1. Look around this website. Email or call us if you have any questions.

2. If you like what you see, email or call to schedule an appointment to see the apartment.

3. Press the Rent, Terms & Conditions menu button. Print, fill-out and sign an application. Send the application to us, preferably via fax to 443-455-1538 or by scanning and emailing it, as an attachment, to YaleApt911@gmail.com.

There’s also a $50 non-refundable application fee that we’ll need to receive before processing your application.  See the application for details.

That’s pretty much all there is to it. We’ll confirm receipt of your application and fee within 24 hours of having received them. After that, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible, probably within just a few days, to discuss the status of your application. Applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis, but processing will not be completed until your application fee is in hand. (It’s to cover the costs of credit and background checks.) So don’t apply unless you’re serious about renting.
